Well known Social Networking Site "Facebook" which is owned by Mark Zuckerburg , now also owns WhatsApp which is a well known messenger nowadays and its users are increasing day by day , every hour new user is joining the community of WhatsApp , downloaded the most in messengers list from Google play , Play store and other stores etc. News pop out that Facebook has  deal it in shares as well as some cash .

WhatsApp currently has more than 450 million monthly users and counting as users are increasing in number day by day. WhatsApp is popular with people who are avoiding text messaging charges local or international. It has good user interface with lots of smileys , emoticons so that users can make their friends and family happier in every way. WhatsApp allows their users to send and receive text or voice messages over internet connections mainly WiFi , 3G , edge ,GPRS, or any other, avoiding text messaging fees. Pictures can also be send and received via WhatsApp. The company claims that it is currently registering one million new users each day which makes it a money maker application for smartphones. Whatsapp is a paid Application after one year of complete usage , for first one year it is free for users so that they can enjoy and make their complete satisfaction with their services and upgrade it the next year just for $1. WhatsApp deal is split up in three parts that is $12 billion in Facebook shares , $4 billion cash and $3 billion in stock to WhatsApp founders. According to sources Facebook has 556 million active mobile users daily , whereas WhatsApp has over more than half of Facebook users in a very less time which is 336 million , so it is great step for Mark Zuckerburg to invest in WhatsApp.

Mark Zuckerburg also said that "WhatsApp is now on path to connect 1 Billion people Worldwide, the services that reach that milestone are all incredibly value ". He also said that WhatsApp will be free from any sort of Advertisements , as he thinks that it is not the best way to make money from ads in messengers. 




WhatsApp already had a family of 50 employees working for the better services of their users. Mark believes that WhatsApp users are growing faster than Facebook.  
Facebook Biggest Purchase was when they Purchased #Instagram back in 2012 for $1 billion and now in 2014 they have purchased WhatsApp for $19 billion looks like Mark Zuckerburg wants to engage its users in smartphones 24/7.
